The second work of In Mourning already suggests where the journey will go later: melodic death metal with progressive interludes, aggressive blastspeed parts that alternate with quieter passages. The whole garnished with very variable vocals, excellent guitar work and varied and powerful drumming, that should leave every death metal fan happy. I like the older works of in Mourning even better than the newer albums because of their rawness and unbridledness.
